Delivery within Australia

Towel Bohemia is pleased to offer free shipping within Australia.

Shipping times:

Most items should arrive to your Australian destination between 10 to 21 Days.

Please do consider the fact that some of our products are coming from our suppliers which are located offshore.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address when your order leaves our warehouse.

All packages shipped to your address will be left in a safe convenient place for you to collect.

If it has been more than the specified days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we can assist you straight away.

International Shipping

Towel Bohemia currently offers Free international shipping to most countries in the world.

Customs and Duties Fees

When receiving parcels in the mail from outside Australia, you are the importer of those particular goods.

All goods imported by post or mail(whether for commercial purposes or personal use)are assessed for community protection risks, permit and import requirements, duty, taxes and other charges.

Goods with less than $1000 AUD

Goods that arrive by mail and have a declared or assessed value of $1000AUD or less there are generally no duties, taxes or charges at the border unless they are an alcoholic beverage.

However, the Goods and service tax(GST) may be collected by overseas vendors of such low value goods when imported from overseas by Consumers in Australia(Excluding alcoholic beverages).

GST will be charged at the point of sale not at the border.

Split Shipment

Your order may be split into several parcels as we dispatch from multiple warehouses. If this is the case for your order you will be notified.
